Objective

To educate and promote enhanced health and lifestyle of each employee.

I.  Health Screening

A.    Postural, Neurological and Functional Evaluation

3.   Early determination of arthritis

B.  Examination of body’s trigger and reflex points

C.  Nutrition Evaluation

D.  Physical Fitness Assessment

1.   Assessment of muscular flexibility, strength and endurance

2.   Identifies level of physical fitness

2.   Education on improvement of body weight and composition  through exercise

E.  Blood Pressure Evaluation

1.   Identifies possible blood pressure related problems

2.   Provides information on maintaining proper blood pressure
